Yes you cheated on your on your goal, SO WHAT? Cheating once doesn’t mean just throw the dream away. If you lost $1 would you throw away the hundreds in your savings account? Absolutely not. Stop making excuses and just back on the horse. Nothing’s stopping you.
Remind Yourself of Your WHY
Is it a lifelong dream of yours to have a six pack? Have you always wanted long healthy hair? Do you want to stunt on everybody at your family barbecue with your new beau? Remind yourself why this goal would be so satisfying to you and jump all in!
Give Yourself Time
What do Beyoncé and Rome have in common? All things that weren’t built in a day! It didn’t take you a month to get where you are, and it for damn sure won’t take a month to get to the best version of yourself! Be kind to yourself and set realistic goals.
You know the saying, “If you stay ready, you ain’t ever got to get ready.” You have to stay ready for your goals. Carve out time each week to plan according to your resolution. Set “miles makers” that way you stay on course for the big goal!
